Tower classes are based on the mat work, but add springs, the roll-down/push through bar to challenge, stretch and strengthen. Very small classes: max 6 people. We (highly) recommend taking 3-5 privates (start with new client intro package) before joining our group equipment classes.
Mat Classes are on the mat with a max. of 8 participants in the studio. Some classes are studio-only, some are hybrid meaning some people will be on Zoom, some in the studio (please be careful what you sign up for). We vary the class sometimes with weights, towels or the Magic Circle. You’ll receive the link when you sign up. If you’re new to Pilates please sign up for a beginner class.
