Studio Policies
- All classes and appointments (One-to-Ones, Duets) are 50 minutes in length.
- All 5 class cards expire automatically 3 months after the date of purchase.
- All 10 class cards expire automatically 6 months after the date of purchase.
- Class Cards and Intro Packages are non refundable once they have been activated.
- Please wear workout clothing, without zips (-as it can tear the upholstery on the machines and mats) and clean socks.
- It is obligatory to have a large towel for mat and tower classes.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All cancellations for appointments and classes must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price of the service. Feel free to send a friend if you have to cancel at short notice.
