This is a fabulous pilates studio with great instructors and a wonderful selection of classes, from private sessions to the amazing Tower group class. Lucy and her colleagues speak English and German. I've done Pilates for over 20 years, mostly in the U.S., and the caliber of instruction at this place is extremely high and as good as the best places in Los Angeles and New York.
These online mat classes have been the highlight of my week these past few months, helping me feel positive in my mind and body during such strange times. Lucy teaches with skill, enthusiasm, and positivity. I find her classes deceptively challenging, making my body work in a way that strengthens it as well as leaving me feeling stretched and fully 'worked out'. Since taking the classes my hip pain has reduced, my posture is straighter and stronger, and most importantly my core strength is vastly improved. The convenience of doing class from home is ideal for me.
